"WindowsUpdate_C1900101-40019" "WindowsUpdate_dt000"

I have a similar issue. I get to 32% installed, then it hangs and doesn't do anything else. I have had to do a hard reset to stop it so I can restart it. To no avail, it re-installs Windows 7 home and gives me the error message "WindowsUpdate_C1900101-40019" "WindowsUpdate_dt000" and there are no help forums for this error code that I have found to date. Please help us?!?! Thanks for your time regarding this matter.

ihsan55,

The error seems to be related with Updating during the upgrade process.

On your Windows 7 system, please first run the command below under Cmd:

Sfc /scannow;

After that, if we have Windows 7 install media available, please perform an repair from there.

Then download Windows 10 from the following website:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Then use Windows 10 install Media to perform the upgrade, one more thing is please do the upgrade without Network connection.

Once upgraded, we may update the system from there.

Regards
